How can I register?

Website Registration:

- Open www.ajmanpay.gov.ae.
- Click on “Individuals or Entities Sign up” then proceed with the required steps.

Mobile Phone Registration:

- Install the UAE Pass App.
- Register using your UAE Pass.
- Visit www.ajmanpay.gov.ae.
- Log in using your UAE Pass (make sure to enter your Emirates ID number, your phone number or your email).

How to get an Ajman Wallet?

Once you are registered in AjmanPay, the system automatically generates for you an Ajman Wallet account, which you can now top up at various designated top-up centers in Ajman.

I didn’t receive payment notification; how can I make sure my payment went through?

Check your transaction history or call 800DOF.

How can I top up my Ajman wallet and where?

Through our mobile App. top up service or through going to one of our top up centers in any department that is using (AjmanPay).
